Ethics Consultation
Steve Scheckman provides ethics consultation to judges and lawyers and law firms on a variety of ethics issues. A consultation might merely involve answering a question over the telephone. Other ethics issues may require detailed research and a confidential client memorandum.
Rates
Fees are charged at a reasonable hourly rate. A fixed fee may be available depending upon the case. Please note that many judges and lawyers have insurance covering the defense of discipline proceedings and applicable insurance coverage should always be explored.
